Safestay PLC - London-based operator of city centre hostels across Europe - Hires Paul Hingston as chief financial officer, joining the company immediately and the board upon completion of regulatory due diligence, expected to be by February 21. Hingston most recently was finance director for Starboard Hotels Ltd. He replaces Peter Harvey, who had resigned in December but remained for a handover. Havey will step down as part-time CFO and company secretary on February 21.
