Helios Towers PLC - London-based telecommunications tower infrastructure company - Extends the long-stop date for its acquisition of Muscat, Oman-based Oman Telecommunications Co's passive tower infrastructure portfolio. The date is extended to July 12 from February 11. The portfolio was acquired in May for a cash consideration of USD575 million.
