Helical PLC - London-based property investor - Chair Richard Grant will leave the board at Helical's annual general meeting in July. Promotes Senior Independent Director Richard Cotton to chair to replace Grant. Cotton joined the board in 2016 and was named senior independent director in 2018. Last month, Helical said it plans to convert into a real estate investment trust, effective from April 1.
