Tharisa PLC - Cyprus-based southern Africa-focused platinum miner - Says it is in negotiations for the acquisition of the minority stake in South Africa-focused mining & exploration company Tharisa Minerals Pty Ltd. Tharisa already owns a 74% stake in Tharisa Minerals.
"The acquisition of the minority shareholding in Tharisa Minerals may have a material effect on the price of the company's securities," Tharisa says.
