Helical PLC - London-based property investor - Says Non-Executive Director Richard Cotton buys 12,000 shares on Friday at price of GBP4.21 each, totalling GBP50,520. Following this transaction he holds interest in 37,000 shares, representing less than 0.1% stake.
On Friday, Helical said Chair Richard Grant will leave the board at Helical's annual general meeting in July and promoted Cotton to chair to replace Grant. Cotton joined the board in 2016 and was named senior independent director in 2018.
