(Alliance News) - Smithson Investment Trust PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Non-Executive Director Diana Dyer Bartlett as chair with effect on February 28.
She will be replacing Mark Pacitti, who will be stepping down from the small and medium sized firm-focused investment trust after four years in the role since 2018.
Dyer Bartlett has also been part of Smithson's board since 2018, when the investment trust was launched and listed in London.
Shares in Smithson Investment Trust, a FTSE 250 constituent, were up 0.9% at 1,646.30 pence on Tuesday in London.
