SmartSpace Software PLC - Suffolk, England-based software company - Says its subsidiary SwipedOn signed an international customer agreement with Waltham, Massachusetts-based maker of scientific instruments and laboratory plastics Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Does not disclose the value of the agreement.
States that the agreement will involve the use of the SwipedOn Visitor and employee check-in solution across 550 locations in Chicago and 20 locations in Texas, where Thermo Fisher Scientific is rolling out its K-12 ReadyCheckGo Covid-19 testing programme for schools. It is a contactless sign-in solution to register people entering a workplace or a school and will be used as part of the health and safety check-in & out process.
"We are delighted to be working with Thermo Fisher Scientific on its US, high profile, Covid, school testing roll-out program. It's been a fast-paced implementation process and illustrates SwipedOn's ability to successfully scale up a project of this size, with it successfully up and running within two days," Hadleigh Ford, managing director of SwipedOn says.
