Capricorn Energy PLC - Edinburgh-based oil and gas company - Receives a tax refund in India of INR79 billion. The company receives net proceeds of USD1.06 billion from the refund.
Adds that a circular is expected in March in connection with the proposed shareholder return of up to USD700 million, comprising of a USD500 million tender offer and a USD200 million ongoing share repurchase programme.
