Apax Global Alpha Ltd - provides access to investments made by private equity firm Apax Partners LLP - Adjusted net asset value per share grows by 23% to €3.02 on December 31 from €2.45 a year before. Total adjusted NAV is €1.5 billion, up from €1.2 billion. Declares 6.36 pence final dividend for 12.33p full-year payout, up 22% on 2020 and in line with policy of paying out 5% of NAV each year. NAV total return in 2021 is 29%, or 23% at constant currency. Apax Global Alpha targets a 12% to 15% total return net of fees and expenses across economic cycles, including a 5% dividend yield.
