888 Holdings PLC - Gibraltar-based online betting and gaming - Awarded iGaming licence by the Alcohol & Gaming Commission of Ontario, ahead of the launch of a newly regulated gambling market in the Canadian province on April 4. 888 says it is ready to offer its casino, sport and poker products in the coming weeks, saying it has strong brand awareness there. 888 now holds licences in 19 locally regulated markets around the world, including 7 US states. Revenue from locally regulated and taxed markets represented 74% of 2021 revenue, 888 notes.
