SRT Marine Systems PLC - The Bath-based provider of maritime surveillance - Raises £4.9 million via the placing of 16.4 million shares at 30 pence per share. Issue price was a 25% discount to closing price of 40p on Wednesday. The new shares represent 9.1% of its issued share capital. finnCap acted as broker to the placing. Company did not mention for what it would use the proceeds.
