The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

SEEEN PLC - London-based video editing platform - Appoints Akiko Mikumo and David Anton as interim co-chief executive officers. Mikumo, previously executive vice chair, will expand her role to be responsible for operations and SEEN's partnership with Kinetiq Inc. Anton, previously non-executive director, will be responsible for sales. Todd Carter has resigned as CEO but will continue with SEEN in a role overseeing product strategy. Last month, SEEN announced a partnership with Auckland-based media intelligence platform Kinetiq. The companies plan to provide ‘end-to-end’ solutions for brands, networks and publishers to better manage and measure audience experiences. Kinetiq CEO Kevin Kohn will become an observer on the SEEN board.

CQS Natural Resources Growth & Income PLC - mining investor - Promotes Helen Green to chair, starting on March 31 and replacing Richard Prickett, who CQS previously said will step down. Company is searching for an additional non-executive director.

Scotgold Resources Ltd - gold and silver explorer and producer in Scotland - Hires Sean Duffy as chief financial officer and executive director, effective immediately. Duffy was CFO of London and Sydney listed Adriatic Metals PLC, leaving in early 2020 after three years in the role.
