Ilika PLC - Romsey, England-based solid-state battery technology - Chief Financial Officer Steve Boydell sells 371,222 shares at average 109 pence each, worth £404,632, on Friday last week and on Monday. The sale follows an option exercise earlier this month. Boydell now has 113,948 shares. Last month, Ilika announced that Boydell is leaving in July ‘to pursue other opportunities’.
