Prudential PLC on Tuesday said it has priced its issue of $350 million in senior, unsecured notes due March 24, 2032.
The notes, which have a coupon of 3.625%, will be issued on Thursday, and proceeds from the sale will go towards the repayment of a $350 million bank loan.
Shares in the FTSE 100 insurer and asset manager were up 3.6% at 1,123.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
