TBC Bank Group PLC - Tbilisi, Georgia-headquartered lender - JSC TBC Bank subsidiary launches tender for up to $100.0 million of its issue of $300.0 million in 5.75% notes due 2024. The minimum purchase price will be $910 per $1,000 in principal amount, plus accrued interest. The notes purchased will be cancelled to reduce debt. The dealer manager will be Renaissance Securities.
