Xpediator PLC - Braintree, England-based freight management services provider - Appoints Rob Riddleston as interim chair. Mark Whiteling, non-executive chair resigns with immediate effect. Founder of the company and Deputy Chair Stephen Blyth also leaves, effective immediately. ‘Following these various directorate changes, the board will make further announcements as appropriate, of new appointments to the board, but also in terms of succession planning generally and progress in appointing a permanent Chief Executive Editor and permanent chair,’ the company adds.
