Seneca Growth Capital VCT PLC - St. Helens, England-based investment firm - Net assets in 2021 increases 29% to £3.2 million from £2.5 million in ordinary share pool. In B share pool, net assets nearly doubles to £14.6 million from £8.3 million. Net asset value per share in the ordinary pool rises to 38.9 pence from 30.2p at December 31 year-on-year. In the B pool, NAV per share rises to 100.1p from 91.8p at December 31 year-on-year.
Seneca expects to increase the funds raised under the current B share offer and add new growth capital investments to the B share portfolio during the course of 2022.
