Ten Lifestyle Group PLC - London-based lifestyle and travel service platform - Borrows £1.5 million from Susan Weatherill, wife of Non-Executive Chair Bruce Weatherill.
Key terms of loan includes interest payable monthly in arrears in cash at 8% per annum, a 1% administration fee payable in cash at drawdown, as well as a 15 month term.
Loan will provide additional working capital as the group recovers from the effect of Omicron.
