Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - London-based fund investing in energy storage assets - Propose placing, subscription and intermediaries offer to raise £75 million, through the issue of 68.2 million shares at a price of 110 pence.
The price reflects a 6.0% discount to Gore Street's closing price on Monday of 117p.
Proceeds from the issue will go towards the acquisition and construction of new projects in its pipeline. The company's investment manager has identified a pipeline of investment with a total project size of over 1.3 gigawatts in the UK and internationally.
