EnQuest PLC - London-based oil and gas company with operations in the UK North Sea and Malaysia - Proposes the issue of 9% fixed rate notes due October 27, 2027. They will be payable semi-annually in arrears in two equal instalments of £0.045 per £1 on April 27 and October 27 in each year. The company also launches an exchange to holders of the £190.5 million 7% Extendable PIK Toggle notes, originally due February 15. Each holder will receive £1 for every £1 of existing notes accepted for exchange by the company.
