HgCapital Trust PLC - technology-focused investment - Manager Hg becomes a significant minority investor in IFS and Workwave. The transaction values IFS and WorkWave at $10 billion. Investment organisation EQT remains the majority shareholder. HgCapital Trust's investment of £114.2 million ‘will reduce HGT's outstanding commitments to invest in Hg transactions to approximately £792 million,’ the trust says. HgCapital participates in the private equity investments of manager Hg.
