Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicosia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Dinos Iordanou buys 500,000 shares at 75 pence, worth £375,000, on Tuesday.

Treatt PLC - Bury St Edmunds-based natural extracts and ingredients supplier - Richard Hope, the outgoing chief financial officer, sells 19,757 shares at average £11.00, worth £217,347, on Monday. Still has 31,103 shares. Ryan Govender has been hired to replace Hope as CFO, joining the company on May 23 and becoming CFO and an executive director from July 1.

Somero Enterprises Inc - Fort Myers, Florida-based laser-guided machinery concrete levelling - Howard Hohmann, executive vice president of sales, sells 30,000 shares at average 490.12p, worth £147,036, on Monday and Tuesday. Hohmann now has 43,662 shares.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - Cheshire, England-based valves and hydraulic components maker - Non-Executive Director Jamie Brooke buys 80,000 shares at 129.65 pence, worth £103,720, on Tuesday. That day, Flowtech reported a pretax profit of £2.9 million in 2021, compared to a loss of £2.1 million in 2020. Revenue climbed by 15% to £109.1 million from £95.1 million.

ECO Animal Health Group PLC - Surrey-based pet and livestock pharmaceuticals - CFO Christopher Wilks buys 35,000 shares at 160 pence each, worth £56,000, on Tuesday. Wilks had bought 50,000 shares earlier this month. He now has 134,095 shares.
