Phoenix Copper Ltd - base and precious metals explorer in US state of Idaho - Company announces process of engaging a syndicate of US-based broker dealers to work with its existing brokers to launch a placing of non-dilutive loan notes to fund the development of the Empire Open Pit copper mine in Idaho, US.
Company expects to raise at least $60 million through the issue of loan noted which will be USD denominated, non-convertible and repayable after ten years.
