Horizonte Minerals PLC - nickel company focused on Brazil - Completes i$65 million convertible notes issuance and the sale of royalty in its Vermelho project for $25 million upfront. Confirms it has received all subscription amounts for the convertible notes, as well as the purchase price for the Vermelho royalty. Says that it has now received or completed the relevant funding for all aspects of funding package.
Horizonte Minerals announced its $633 million funding package for the construction and production of its Araguaia project in November.
