Meanwhile, Paul Hooper and Jeff Ward are hired as independent non-executive directors. Hooper has been the chief executive officer of Alumasc Group PLC, a supplier of building and engineering products, since April 2003. Jeff Ward is the CEO of Guardian Fall, a height safety company.
