Advance Energy PLC - Isle of Man, UK-based oil and gas company - Chief Financial Officer Stephen West resigns from the company as a director, effective immediately. Following his departure, the board will be comprised of four directors. The composition of the various board committees will not be affected by his resignation, the company explains.‘We will assess the requirement of a full-time CFO as our business development activities progress,’ says Chair Mark Rollins.
