Rockpool Acquisitions PLC - Belfast-based acquisition vehicle - Says it has terminated an agreement to buy Greenview Gas Limited. An alternative party has been found who is willing to pay or refinance the debt Rockpool is owed by Greenview Gas. The sum of £1.2 million Rockpool has received from Greenview Gas ‘represents a small premium on the amount of the loan provided by the company to Greenview and the accrued interest thereon,’ Rockpool explains.
‘It is the board's intention to apply to the FCA for the current suspension of the company's shares to be lifted as soon as possible,’ Rockpool Acquisitions adds.
