IN BRIEF: Directa Plus wins EPA approval for Grafysorber use in US

Directa Plus PLC - London-based graphene nanoplatelets supplier - Says it has received authorisation from the US Environmental Protection Agency for its Grafysorber technology.

Describing the approval as a ‘vital first step towards entering the very large US oil decontamination market,’ it ‘will generate significant interest from the US decontamination companies we can now start approaching,’ Founder and Chief Executive Officer Giulio Cesareo said.

The authorisation allows the potential to export the patented technology, he added.

Current stock price: 133.90 pence, up 11% on Monday

12-month change: up 30%
