UP Global Sourcing Holdings PLC - Oldham, Greater Manchester-based consumer brands owner - Chris Dent joins as chief financial officer designate, and is expected to take up the position of chief financial officer on August 1.
He will replace Graham Screawn who steps down from his role after 12 years at the group. Dent will join from multi-brand franchise business Franchise Brands PLC, where he had been chief financial officer for five years since 2017.
