Seed Innovations Ltd - Guernsey-based wellness and life sciences firm - says its portfolio company Eurox Group raised a total of €4.4 million from new and existing investors through subscriptions in a new capital raise. Notes that the Bensheim, Germany-based medical cannabis company is now well-placed for the development of its Portuguese facility and further acceleration of product development.
