Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC - London-based consultancy services to asset and wealth management industry - Expects revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization for the year ended March 31 to be ‘significantly’ ahead of current market expectations. Says that trading has continued to be positive, with particularly strong client demand across all of its major asset management and insurance consulting geographies. Continues to trade strongly, delivering good revenue growth since its acquisition of the boutique consultancy Lionpoint Group for $90 million in May.
In financial 2021, the company generated revenue of £98.1 million and adjusted Ebitda of £21.7 million.

While we remain positive that the medium-term underlying industry trends will continue to drive ongoing change programme client demand globally for Alpha, we are also mindful of the ongoing inflationary backdrop and geopolitical uncertainties,’ Chief Executive Euan Fraser comments.
