Warpaint London PLC - Buckinghamshire-based cosmetics maker - Says that the positive momentum from 2021 carried into the first quarter of 2022. Says group sales for the first quarter are up 60% compared to the same period a year ago. Notes online sales are up 29%. Adds its gross product margin also improved in the period. Credits this to sales increases across all its brands, its growing activity in the US and growth in online sales from China, where it launched in 2021.
