Shearwater Group PLC - London-based cybersecurity services provider - Says subsidiary Brookcourt Solutions Ltd secured ‘significant’ new contract with potential value of up to £21.0 million with an unnamed telecommunications and media company. The initial, secured value of the contract is £12.9 million, across an initial three-year term, with the option to extend by a further two years for a total additional value of about £8.0 million. Says Brookcourt Solutions will provide forensic monitoring solutions, support, maintenance, training and managed services to the customer.
