South32 Ltd - Perth-based mining company - Closes its offering of $700 million senior unsecured notes due 2032 by its wholly-owned subsidiary South32 Treasury Ltd. Proceeds will be used to repay full amounts dawn down under its acquisition bridge facility to partially fund the acquisition of a 45% interest in Sierra Gorda.
