Pebble Beach Systems Group PLC - Weybridge, England-based firm providing content management software for broadcasters and video streaming services - Secures new term loan facility of £7.2 million with Santander, refinancing its existing revolving credit facility. The new facility has revised banking convenants and a repayment schedule consistent with previous years. Says bank debt reduced from £11.5 million at the end of 2017, to £7.6 million as of Thursday.
Will announce annual results for 2021 on May 5.
