Sportech PLC - London-based betting technology company - Says Independent Non-Executive Chair Giles Vardey decides to step down from his role, as ‘the time was apposite for change’. Richard McGuire, currently a non-executive director, replaces Vardey as chair. Another current non-executive director, Clive Whiley, becomes senior independent director.
