RWS Holdings PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based technology-enabled language services provider - Baring PE Asia confirms it is in preliminary stages of considering a possible offer for RWS Holdings PLC. Baring says it has not yet made a formal approach to the board of RWS. ‘There can be no certainty that any offer will be made, nor as to the terms on which any offer might be made,’ Baring adds.
