NewRiver REIT PLC - real estate investment trust - Says its portfolio returned to capital growth in the second half. Attributes this to growth in Retail Parks and Core & Regeneration Shopping Centres. Expects full-year underlying funds from operations to be at the upper end of analysts' estimates, which range from £21.5 million to £27.1 million. Says it completed disposals in the value of £305 million since April 1. Says its disposal activity reduced net debt to £222 million at 31 March 2022 from £493 million on the same date a year before.
