Asia Strategic Holdings Ltd - developer and operator of consumer businesses located in emerging Asia - Enters an exclusive franchising agreement with Kids&Us English Slu, for the development of English language centres for children in Myanmar.
Kids&Us provides English language education for children and teenagers. Asia Strategic will pay Kids&Us an initial fee of €100,000, and ongoing service fees as a percentage of revenues and didactic materials.

Kids&Us and its founders have a clear vision, driven successful academic outcomes and built an excellent offline and online product as demonstrated by their commercial success across Europe,’ says Chief Executive Officer Enrico Cesenni.
