BSF Enterprise PLC - UK-based company seeking acquisition target within the innovation marketing and technology sector - Raises £1.8 million from issue of 23.7 million shares at 7.37 pence each. One warrant attached to each share issued, which hold an exercise price of 15p and can be swapped for next three years. Says placing shares represent 27.7% of enlarged share capital. Proceeds will be used for lab space and consumables, hiring additional staff, increased marketing and increased use of recently acquired 3D Bio-Tissues Ltd's staff.
