CareTech Holdings PLC - London-based social care services provider - Sheikh Holdings gains further deadline to 725 pence per share offer to acquire CareTech Holdings to 1700 BST at May 30.
DBAY Advisors Ltd also has been given an extended deadline to May 30 to make a firm offer to acquire CareTech or pull out. DBay in early April announced a possible all-cash offer at 750p per share.
