Fevertree Drinks PLC - London-based drinks company - Announces Chair Bill Ronald intends to retire from his role at the time of the annual general meeting in May of next year. Senior Independent Director Coline McConville will lead the process to identify and appoint his successor. Ronald has served as chair since 2013, before the company's initial public offering in 2014. He will stay in his position until the AGM next year to ‘facilitate effective succession planning’, the company says.
