Card Factory PLC - Wakefield, England-based greeting card and gift retailer - Chief Executive Officer Darcy Willson-Rymer buys 94,076 shares at average 60.39 pence, worth £57,099, on Wednesday. Card Factory on Tuesday said it swung to an annual profit in its financial year that ended January 31, boosted by its online performance. Pretax profit was £11.1 million versus a loss of £16.4 million the year before, as revenue rose 28% to £364.4 million from £285.1 million.
