i-nexus Global PLC - Coventry, England-based software company - Appoints Drew Whibley to the board as chief financial officer, effective from August 1. Current CFO of ten years, Alyson Levett will step down at that time. Whibley joins from Aptitude Software Group PLC, where he is group finance manager. ‘We believe that in Drew we have found an exceptional CFO, with a strong grounding in the requirements of a listed business combined with a thorough understanding of SaaS business models,’ says i-nexus Non-Executive Chair Richard Cunningham.
i-nexus says it will releases its results for the half-year that ended March 31 ‘towards the end of May’.
