Polarean Imaging PLC - London-based medicalimaging technology - Promotes Non-Executive Director Ken West to chair, effective immediately. West, who has been with Polarean for nine years, replaces Jonathan Allis, who is retiring. Also hires Dan Brague as a non-executive director. Brague most recently was chief executive officer for North America at Curium Pharma, a London-based nuclear medicine company.
