Red Rock Resources PLC - natural resource development company with interests in Africa and Australia - Says an unnamed ‘group of high net worth investors’ has acquired 10% of the company's 75% owned subsidiary African Lithium Resources Pvt Ltd for $100,000. As a result, investors have an unspecified holding in the company's lithium interests. Consideration funds will be used in the development of African Lithium Resources' business, Red Rock explains.
