Pershing Square Holdings Ltd - Investment holding company focused on North American companies - Launches share buyback programme for up to $100.0 million in outstanding public shares on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam. Says London-based investment management firm Jefferies International Ltd will act as the sole buyback agent for the programme. Adds that the repurchased shares will be held in treasury. Expects to repurchase 10.0 million of its public shares.
