Powerhouse Energy Group PLC - Bingley, England-based company which transforms plastics and waste into clean energy - Notes online speculation, confirms considering joint venture with Hydrogen Utopia International PLC, a London based company which focuses on mixed plastic waste-to-fuel technology.
Says discussions are in the ‘very early stages’ about a JV on a project in Ireland. There is no agreement nor guarantee it will enter into a JV, the company says.
