AEX Gold Inc - gold and strategic mineral assets mining in southern Greenland - Calls annual and special general meeting for June 16, with shareholders to be asked to approve a rebranding. AEX Gold wants to change its name to Amaroq Minerals Ltd. Says name change reflects both its focus on Greenland, where the name means 'Arctic Wolf', and the mining licences it holds in strategic minerals as well as gold.
