B90 Holdings PLC - Isle of Man-based online marketing company - Says integration of Oddsen into business has progressed ‘very well’ and has traded in line with management's expectations. Last September, B90 had agreed to acquire the domain, business IP and operations of Norwegian sports-bet affiliate site Oddsen.nu for €4.4 million. As part of the terms, a payment of €1.05 million was due on or before March 31, which B90 says has been satisfied.
Chair Karim Peer says: ‘We have added a valuable new domain to our online real estate; have increased our affiliate marketing capability; and we have taken our operations into Norway, an attractive, stable and well-established market for sports betting. It also provides a platform for us to enter new markets, and we look forward to making further announcements in due course.’
